Visiting Instructor of Allied Health

Frankie teaches Allied Health and Movement Science courses, such as Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, and Performance Enhancing Programming. She teaches courses which emphasize health and movement because she has a strong drive to teach and show others the physical and mental benefits of living a healthy, active lifestyle.

Health and movement are most interesting to Frankie because she gets to directly apply what she knows to the real world, be that her own life or the lives of her patients and students. With her education and experience, she can help others recover from injury and return to sport, she can help others create an intentional long-term exercise plan, and she can help others understand the long-term health benefits of regular exercise.

Frankie strongly believes every student is a unique individual – a collection of thoughts, experiences, and beliefs which makes them who they are. She believes the more she gets to understand a student as an individual, the better she can connect class material to their experiences and goals, and the better she can further their academic abilities.
