Do have technology expertise and a desire to support others? Graceland University’s Information Technology Services (ITS) department is seeking to fill the Desktop Support Analyst position. The individual will provide excellent on-site and remote support to university employees. This full-time position offers an opportunity to learn and grow as an IT professional.
The successful candidate will be a high-performance team-player with strong integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to learn. The candidate should have a basic understanding of software, hardware, and networks.
Essential Duties:
- Take ownership, manage and resolve client technical issues and requests.
- Ensuring employees have properly functioning devices to perform their job responsibilities.
- Maintain technology asset management system.
- Supervise, train, and mentor student employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or equivalent work experience. Technology certifications a plus. Strong working knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft platform required.
