Jean Witte ’63 Holmes’s story with Graceland is one of connection, curiosity, and lifelong generosity. She remembers long talks with roommates, favorite professors like Dr. Velma Ruch ’41, and lessons learned even in physics class — where studying ripples in a pond taught her that “every action, big or small, has unending consequences.”
