Admissions Representative for the Adult and Graduate programs

Graceland University is searching for an Admissions Representative for the Adult and Graduate programs. This position is based out of the Independence, MO campus and serves both on-campus and online admissions. As a member of the admissions team, you will have an important role in the development and execution of the strategic enrollment plan for Graceland’s adult and graduate programs.

Admissions Representatives participate in a broad range of student recruitment activities and community outreach. This will include attending various local and national conferences, fairs, and recruitment events. Team members are also required to perform collateral assignments, committee work, and other assigned duties. This position does require traveling by self or with other team member to events. Evening and weekend work are required. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Must have a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or related field. The ability to communicate with diverse groups of professionals looking to advance their careers through education. Due to the nontraditional schedule of this position the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently from different locations is required.
