Administrative Assistant for the Student Life Division

Graceland University is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Student Life Division. The person in this position will have daily contact with students from across the university as well as working with a team of Student Life professionals who seek to create a positive experience for those students. This position is responsible for numerous administrative support tasks and record-keeping functions and therefore must be highly organized.

Given the variety of people this position interacts with, the person in this role must be adept at communicating with both professional personnel and students. Project and event planning is key in this role, as is flexibility, given that the priorities of a given day can shift quickly. Being a self-starter is important, but the person must also enjoy working in teams. A sense of humor is a must. Job Description details are available upon request.
