Gary Heisserer to Direct “Master Harold”… and the Boys

Associate Dean of Academic Affairs Gary Heisserer

Graceland University Associate Dean of Academic Affairs Gary Heisserer, PhD, will direct Athol Fugard’s masterpiece “Master Harold” …and the Boys, as announced by the Kansas City Actors Theatre for its 15th season. The play is set in South Africa in the 1950s and examines issues of race and identify through the eyes of a teenage boy and two black waiters who work for his family. It will run from Sept. 11-29 and will be performed at the City Theatre located in Kansas City’s Union Station.
