Assistant Professor of English Tim Robbins, PhD, presented a paper, “Walt Whitman, Daniel Garrison Brinton, and the Poetics of American Anthropology” at the Midwest Modern Language Association’s annual convention in Kansas City, Missouri, Nov. 15-17. Robbins also chaired a session titled “Reimagining 20th Century Black America.”
