Dr. James Geiselman Fun Facts

Dr. James joined the Graceland University team in 2017. Here are some “fun facts” about Dr. James.

Education:

• Attended Pittsfield High School (Illinois) and graduated in 2006
• Graduated from Illinois College in 2010 with a major in Psychology and minors in Biology and Chemistry
• Earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in 2015
• Earned his Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University in 2017

Favorite body part to evaluate? The Spine

Most “painful” classroom moment? Lecturing on, and finishing, 92 slides on his first day of class in motor learning!

The most adventurous thing he’s done? Starting a new online nutritional practice, the Iowa Performance Institute

Favorite vacation spot? “What’s a vacation?”

His worst moment as a student? Getting an 18% on his first Biochemistry exam in grad school (he was still above the curve)

Favorite tv/stream shows? Yellowstone, Parks and Recreation, NCIS, Criminal Minds

Family: He has two twin sisters, Anna and Ellen
