Yellowjackets wrestling earns top spot in the NAIA Men’s Scholar All-America Team Awards.
The Graceland University wrestling program has been recognized among the top academic teams in the nation, earning the No. 5 spot in the 2025 National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) NAIA Men’s Scholar All-America Team Awards.
Graceland posted an impressive team GPA of 3.4975, highlighting the program’s commitment to excellence both on the mat and in the classroom.
“This is a testament to our program culture and belief that success is not just about what we accomplish on the mat, but how our student-athletes chase being the best version of themselves in every aspect of their lives,” said Director of Wrestling Zack Mullins.
“All the credit goes to the hard work and discipline of these young men. They were an amazing group to coach, and I am excited to see them take this mindset with them into adulthood, fatherhood, marriage, career and beyond.”
The Yellowjackets’ academic success continues to reflect the program’s vision under Mullins and wrestling head coach Evan Hansen, emphasizing discipline, growth, and excellence in all areas of student-athlete life.
