Graceland University Instructor of Percussion and Director of Athletic Bands Melinda Leoce, MM, was invited to serve as the drumline and percussion clinician at the Des Moines Marching Band Festival Sept. 16. The festival featured high school marching bands from the greater Des Moines area including East, North, Hoover, Lincoln and Roosevelt high schools. Clinicians had the chance to watch each show and work with each group personally after their performances.
