On behalf of the Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt, Dr. Steve Anders served as a Fulbright consultant for the third year in a row in the selection process of the AY2023-2024 Fulbright Egyptian Student Program by conducting the technical review of applications in the field of Economics.  Dr. Anders was a two-time Fulbright recipient.  He taught an economics course at the University of Prishtina [Kosovo], “Hasan Prishtina,” for their International Summer University in 2014 and again in 2016.  The merit-based technical review is the second and specialized screening stage that allows applicants to sit for the personal interview.
