Graceland University Professor or Education Dennis McElroy, PhD, presented as part of an invited panel at the 2018 Association for Communications and Technology Conference Oct. 24 in Kansas City, Missouri. The topic of the panel was “Teacher Professional Development Through Micro-Credentials: Lessons Learned and Next Steps.” McElroy’s contribution focused on a micro-credential project that will provide pre-service teachers a pathway to gain certification from the International Society for Technology in Education.
