John K. Franklin, PhD, Associate Professor of History, Graceland University

John Franklin, Graceland University Associate Professor of History, attended the 132nd annual national meeting of the American Historical Association (AHA) in Washington, D.C. Jan 4-7. The AHA is the oldest and largest professional organization for historians in the United States. Franklin participated in numerous sessions and found presentations on increasing enrollments in university history courses and incorporating graphic histories, ie. comics into history courses, to be particularly valuable.
