Graceland Harmonium

Comprised of Graceland’s advanced vocalists, Graceland Harmonium is the University’s select vocal ensemble. Auditions at the beginning of each semester allow for the selection of 10–12 students based on musicianship, tone quality, and sight-reading ability. Conducted by Dr. Leah Wyman-Musick, the ensemble performs a varied repertoire of sacred and secular music spanning the Middle Ages to the present day and frequently shares its music at events throughout the surrounding community. Harmonium offers students the opportunity for focused study of chamber choral literature, fostering musical independence, artistic excellence, and close collaboration. The ensemble proudly embodies Graceland’s core values through cultural exploration, meaningful friendships, and the shared experience of creating beautiful music.

Harmonium rehearses every Tuesday and Friday from 3–4:30 p.m. in Carol Hall.
