A collegiate athletics administrator and leader dedicated to building successful programs grounded in integrity, accountability, and competitive excellence. With extensive experience within the NAIA and the Heart of America Athletic Conference, he has developed a reputation for combining strategic vision with operational precision. His leadership centers on creating environments where student-athletes thrive academically, athletically, and personally. He believes successful athletic departments are built not only on wins and championships, but on daily standards that shape resilient, disciplined, and purpose-driven individuals.

Brady has led complex scheduling initiatives across multi-division conference structures, ensuring competitive balance, fairness, and alignment with institutional priorities. Known for his analytical and solutions-oriented mindset, he approaches challenges with a systems-based perspective—optimizing resources, refining processes, and delivering polished, professional outcomes that support coaches, administrators, and student-athletes alike. His work consistently reflects a commitment to excellence in both execution and presentation.

At the core of Brady’s leadership philosophy is a belief in servant leadership and competitive growth. He strives to build programs that compete for conference titles while modeling integrity, teamwork, and gratitude. Through thoughtful planning, collaborative leadership, and an unwavering commitment to student-athlete success, he continues to help position collegiate programs for sustained excellence.

Beyond operations, Brady is married to his wife Leslea. They reside here in Lamoni and are actively engaged throughout the community.
