Steve Glazer participated as a panelist in “Belief in Dialogue: An Online Interfaith Forum” sponsored by the Leicester, UK Community of Christ, on the topic, “How Can We Work for Peace with Justice in Israel-Palestine?” on Sunday, February 13, 2022. The online forum, which brought together 65 participants from the United Kingdom, other European countries, and North America, gave an opportunity to explore historical and current realities of the conflict, and to provide a better understanding through questions and sharing of resources. An added bonus was the opportunity to connect with several Graceland alums in the audience, including Karen Allen Norton ’11, my advisee, double major in History and International Studies, and 2011 winner of the Kathryn and Alma Blair Prize for best History Seminar Paper.
