Graceland University Associate Professor of Biology Mary Shawgo, PhD

Graceland University Associate Professor of Biology Mary Shawgo, PhD, participated in Arkansas Course-Based Undergraduate Research Experience (AR-CURE) June 15-19. Shawgo learned about bringing authentic genomics and bioinformatics research into her undergraduate curriculum. Her participation has earned her support in means of supplies to help bring the project to Graceland students. She hopes to first adapt it with a senior honors research student beginning this fall.
