Dr. Christopher Brandt, Director of Bands and Assistant Professor of Music, performed as a featured soloist with the Central Iowa Wind Ensemble on March 6th, 2022. The Central Iowa Wind Ensemble is an auditioned semi-professional wind ensemble located in the greater Des Moines Area. Brandt is a regular member of this ensemble and was selected to perform as a saxophone soloist on its most recent concert, “Living American” featuring living American composers.
