You belong from the very first day!

Worried about making your new room into a home? Relax. At Graceland, our unique 'House' system makes sure that everyone is included. No pledging, no hazing. You will be in touch instantly with a circle of friends you'll know from day one to graduation (and beyond).

On-campus living fosters a sense of community, reduces the stresses associated with maintaining a private residence and allows you to stay plugged in to the Graceland experience. We strongly believe in the positive value that living on campus provides, so all undergraduate students under the age of 23 live on campus.

Graceland offers two kinds of housing: dorm-style residence halls and apartments. Priority for the apartments goes to upperclassmen (junior or senior standing).

Living in university housing also means you don't have to worry about food. It's all taken care of for you. Floyd McDowell Commons, the campus dining hall and the Swarm Inn, our retail dining location (both are managed by Sodexo and serve darn good food) are open seven days a week. With multiple meal plans, you can choose the one that's right for you.

For information on Graceland’s innovative House system and more detailed information on housing policies and procedures, please see the Graceland University UnderGrad Catalog.

Residence Life

In the men’s residence halls and in the themed residences on College Avenue, the University provides beds with extra-long mattresses, longer than 76 inches. These extra-long beds require specifically-sized sheets, comforters and blankets. Therefore, Graceland University provides the Residence Hall Linens program to our students and families. On move-in day, it's important to have those XL sheets that can be hard to find. In the women’s residence halls, standard twin mattresses are provided.

Our goal is to make sure every parent and student is ready with the right size sheets, so we offer a huge variety of custom-sized linens guaranteed to fit your residence hall bed and to last until graduation. We also provide a selection of extra-long thermal blankets, extra-long mattress pads, pillows, storage solutions, extra-long comforters and anything else you may need.

Guarantee your first choice today! Our best selection of college bedding and a guarantee of your first choice is available for parents and students who respond early. All our residence hall room bedding and accessories come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee right up to graduation. You may return your linens for a full refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. Visit www.ocm.com/gra/dorm-life/value-paks to view our full selection of colors and patterns and to place your order.
