Your New Student Checklist

Now that you’ve been accepted as an official future Gracelander, there are a few things you need to do to secure your place and get ready for your new adventure on the Lamoni campus. Use this checklist to make sure you’re taking all the right steps and always feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

New for the 2024-25 academic year, if you live within 45 miles of Lamoni, you have the option to live at home with a parent or legal guardian and commute to your classes. Although we strongly believe in the personal growth, social connections, and increased support for academic success by living on-campus, we understand that living at home may be the best option for you. Restrictions apply. To qualify, you must download and fill out the Lamoni Vicinity Exception form.

Have you been accepted into a program on the Independence campus or one of our online programs?

Contact your admissions counselor to discuss your next steps – and welcome to the start of a great adventure!
