Mrs. Seymour will be teaching Children’s Literature, Foundations of Literacy, LA/Reading Methods, and Social Studies Methods. Mrs. Seymour was a classroom teacher for 17 years and an administrator for 13 years in various public schools in Missouri and brings a strong background in education to the position.

As an avid reader, Mrs. Seymour has always wanted all younger children to enjoy reading also. Teaching children to want to read and to learn how to read, has been one of the most rewarding experiences in her teaching career.
