Athletics Facilities Coordinator/Assistant Baseball Coach

Graceland University is seeking a full-time, 11 month Athletic Facilities Coordinator & Assistant Baseball Coach on the Lamoni, IA campus. This position will be responsible for all aspects related to the managing of the Indoor/Outdoor Athletic Facilities. Including but not limited to Scheduling, Equipment Maintenance & Inventory, Concessions ordering & stocking, Game day Management and will assist the Head Baseball Coach in the delivery of the Varsity/Junior Varsity Baseball Program and their compliance with the rules and policies of Graceland University, the Heart of America Athletic Conference and NAIA. Responsibilities as Assistant Coach include, but are not limited to recruiting and retaining prospective student-athletes, budgeting, scheduling facilities for practices, competition, and training of all athletes in the program as well as additional duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.


A Bachelor’s degree, with previous coaching and/or collegiate or professional Baseball experience required.  Master’s Degree and recruiting experience preferred.  The chosen applicant must also pass a background check in accordance to Graceland University policy.
