Building Maintenance Person

Graceland University is seeking a Building Maintenance Person on the Lamoni, IA campus.

Minimum requirements: Three (3) years of experience in construction or building trades.  We are looking for a very broad base of skills.  This person must be versatile and competent in at least four of the following areas:  Carpentry, Masonry, Plastering, Roofing, Painting, Glazing, Flooring, and Concrete.  Skills in Door and Lock repair including Medeco, Schlage and Trilogy systems will be especially valuable.   Basic computer skills are required.  Must be able to routinely lift 75+ pounds and be able and willing to work in extreme conditions.  The successful applicant will have a positive outlook and be solution oriented.
