Jeanie Kaeberle RN, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is Adjunct Professor of Nursing at Graceland University’s School of Nursing. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas and has served as a nurse for 17 years. In 2014, she completed a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University.
The primary focus of Kaeberle’s practice has been critical care, trauma and emergency medicine. She has mentored and taught many students, new nursing graduates and orientees during her time at the bedside. In 2014, during the final stages of completing her master’s degree, she made the decision to add teaching in the academic setting to her practice. Kaeberle joined Graceland in 2015 and has worked with traditional BSN students in the clinical setting and RN-BSN students in the virtual classroom.
Outside of instructing at Graceland, Kaeberle works as the lead advanced practice provider in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit at the University of Kansas Hospital. She maintains her practice in the ICU in addition to supervising 7 other APRNs. She is CCRN and CEN certified.
In her free time, Kaeberle enjoys traveling, reading, book club, spending time with family and friends, and training her 2 golden retrievers.
