After Submitting Your Application
Transcripts:The University is required to collect an official high school transcript or GED unless you have an associate or bachelor's degree. After submitting your application, you must also submit official transcripts from each college and/or school of nursing which you attended, even if credits from more than one institution are shown on a particular transcript. Official transcripts must bear the seal of the institution and be sent directly to Graceland University by the sending institution.Request that all official transcripts be mailed directly to:
Graceland University Distance Education Program 1401 West Truman Road Independence, MO 64050-3434BSN Applicants: Reference forms will be provided by the University upon receipt of the completed Application For Admission. One reference form should be submitted by a previous instructor, and the other by your current or most recent employer/supervisor. If a previous instructor is not available, both forms may be submitted by employers/supervisors.
BA-Health Care Administration Applicants: Guidelines and intructions for requesting credit for continuing education programs and professional nursing experience will be provided by the University upon receipt of the completed Application for Admission.
