Apply for the Undergraduate BSN-RN Campus Program

To apply to the School of Nursing follow this simple process.

• Click this link to complete the online application .
• Click this link to print, complete, and return the forms in the application packet.
• You are required to submit two references. Have one personal reference form completed by a work reference (supervisor or boss) and another reference form completed by an academic reference (instructor). We are looking for individuals familiar with your academic and work life. (Two academic references are sufficient if you have no work references.)
• Make sure your forms are completed and returned promptly so we may complete your application. The deadline for the completion of all items is November 30th the year before the summer you plan to begin. Please be sure we receive your reference forms by the November 30th deadline. Our BSN-RN program starts every summer around July 1st.
• Submit sealed official transcripts from all academic work, including High School(s) and all previous Colleges or Universities attended to: GIC, Graceland University, 1401 W Truman Road, Independence MO 64050.
