Team Yellowjacket is heading out for a fourth year in a row on RAGBRAI, the (Des Moines) Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa. This year the 16-member group of alumni and friends will join more than 10,000 other cyclists in the annual river-to-river trek from the Missouri to the Mississippi – even if it takes them “forever” to do it.
For many years, the Graceland University Performing Arts Series (PAS) has enriched South Central Iowa and the greater Graceland University community in and around Lamoni, Iowa, with stellar, internationally acclaimed artists and groups.

Graceland University is pleased to announce that Scott Huddleston, Ed.D., will be appointed Interim Dean of the Edmund J. Gleazer School of Education, effective July 1, and Dr. Steven L. Anders, Dean of the C.H. Sandage School of Business and Interim Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS), will continue his interim dean role until a national search is completed to hire a full-time CLAS dean.

The Iowa Commission on Volunteer Service (ICVS) approved on Monday a new $15K state-funded RSVP (formerly the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program) grant to be based at Graceland University in Lamoni. The RSVP of Southern Iowa will serve Decatur and Ringgold counties.
