Locations

It’s a delicate balance—finding an institution that offers courses in your area of interest, but also offers you a way of learning that makes the most sense for your life and level of experience. Graceland understands that not everyone has the same priorities when seeking an undergraduate or graduate degree. That’s why we offer several different options:

Graceland University has campuses in Lamoni, Iowa and Independence, Missouri. Programs are also offered at Satellite locations throughout Iowa and Missouri and online.

The Lamoni Campus is located at 1 University Place Lamoni, Iowa. This campus is home to 1100 residential students who are engaged in one of over 60 undergraduate degree options. Students in Lamoni also benefit from 17 varsity sports, many performing arts groups, leadership opportunities, optional worship activities and an all-inclusive house system.

The Independence campus of Graceland University is located at 1401 West Truman Road in Independence, Missouri. With two years of general education credit students may complete a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or a bachelor of arts in teacher education by completing two years of classes at the Independence Campus.

Students who are licensed teachers can earn a Master of Education in Collaborative Learning and Teaching or a Master of Education in Special Education through evening classes at the Independence Campus.

The Independence Campus is also home to the Center for the Study of the Korean War.

The Independence Campus is also home to the Community of Christ Seminary.

With two years of community college credit, students may complete a bachelor’s degree in teacher education at the following locations:

• Graceland at Indian Hills Community College--Centerville, Iowa
• Graceland at North Central Missouri College--Trenton, Missouri
• The Graceland University Independence Campus

Bachelor’s prepared teachers with current licensure can complete a Master of Education at the following locations:

• Graceland University in Camp Dodge, Iowa (Military Only)
• Graceland University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
• Graceland University In Des Moines, Iowa
• The Graceland University Independence Campus
