Tonja Partridge ’05 is a force to be reckoned with. Four years ago, when surrounding school districts were cutting art teachers from full-time to part-time, Tonja proposed a Putnam County bond issue to double the size of her art room. It passed, and today her enviable facility in Unionville, Mo. boasts 12 pottery wheels, a printing press, two kilns, and woodworking tools to expand sculpture making.
