Academic Advisors
  • listen and hear what you're saying;
  • evaluate your interests, goals, past academic performance, scores on tests, and other relevant factors; assist new students in learning about various campus resources;
  • help plan class schedules;
  • aid you in choosing your major(s);
  • assist you in evaluating your academic progress;
  • provide information about educational options, requirements, policies, and procedures;
  • provide four-year plans once a major is selected;
  • help you register for future classes;
  • help you choose a major, declare a major or change a major;
