Please Note:
To assist you in completing the qualified distribution from your IRA gift to Graceland University, there are two forms you will need to use.

1. Letter to Plan Administrator - helps your plan administrator distribute the amount you designate to Graceland University and provides our address.



2. Letter to Graceland University - notification of IRA gift. Helps us know which gift is yours.

   The IRA gifts received this year, have no information about the donor. It looks like plan administrators are relying on the IRA owners of to notify the charity of their gift.

Your personal letter to Graceland is very important in notifying us of the name of your plan administrator, the amount of your gift, and will help us expedite the mailing of your receipt.

Be sure to keep your receipt from this type of gift. It is important since you will be required to identify your gift as part of your annual mandatory IRA distribution.
