Appointments

 What to expect:

First time students will be given up to 1 session per week for the first 4 weeks.

Returning students will be given up to 7 sessions during a semester for routine counseling

Any crisis will be seen as soon as possible with any students (new or returning students)

There will be a walk-in clinic 2 days per week. This clinic will be set up with 15 minutes appointmens which will be used to assess the needs a student has. An additional appointment may be scheduled following the assessment.

Groups will be set up for specific issues on an as needed basis.

 

Appointments may be scheduled through the CAP Center by calling 784-5200. The CAP Center hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The CAP Center is located in the north wing of Patroness Hall.

Walk in Clinic is Monday 3:00pm - 5:00pm and Thursday 9:00am - 11:00am.

After hour emergencies are handled through any residence hall director or by contacting campus security for assistance at 784-5199.
