How you establish a unitrust
You can establish a Graceland-managed unitrust with an irrevocable gift valued at $25,000 or more. A variety of assets may be donated to a trust, including cash, publicly traded stocks, mutual funds, bonds, closely held stock and real estate. Income beneficiaries must be at least 50 years old. Your trust is invested and administered by Graceland and you may designate the future use of your gift at Graceland.
