C-BASE Exam Registration
Online registration is an option for students who do not need special accommodations for the exam. If you need accommodations, go to the Education office at your site to register and pay the $60 fee. Be sure to bring verification of accommodations with you when you register. (Verification form and instructions are located in the appendix of your Teacher Education Handbook.)
  1. TO REGISTER:
    1. Fill out the fields on this web page
    2. Click the "Register" button
    3. Print the confirmation page
  2. You MUST bring a copy of the confirmation page, photo ID, two #2 pencils and a calculator with you to the exam.
  3. NO Cell phones allowed at the testing site
  4. Test materials will be provided at the testing site.
  5. Allow at least 2 1/2 hours to complete the exam.
  6. Fee for this exam is $60 and will be automatically charged to your student account when you register online. You will be given the option to pay on your account from the confirmation page after registration is complete.
