Justification Winter term policies require the exceptions to certain standard options be justified. Normally such justification will explain why the usual options cannot be employed in this case: 1) other than Pass/Fail grading; 2) for 1 or 2 s.h. of credit; 3)for a faculty member to repeat a program in successive years; or 4) for a program to be offered during dates other than the official Winter Term dates as specified in the master academic calendar. Faculty may also be asked to verify their abilities to accomplish the objectives of their program.
