Mail Room Procedures and Policies

The Graceland University Mail Room is operated by one full time Graceland University employee and 14 student workers whom work part time. The volume of mail that comes through our tiny mail room is incredible: We typically handle 2,800 pieces of mail per day; receiving and delivering on campus 1,900 pieces and sending out 900 pieces. We handle, on the average, 125 packages a day, 100 inbounds and 25 going outbound. Your assistance with and cooperation in ensuring your contacts have a correct address for you and your positive support for us is invaluable to our success. THANK YOU!
