Fees, Rates & Charges Schedule
This schedule is the official list of approved rates and fees for the current fiscal year, also showing the prior year for comparison.
For the most part, the schedule is established as part of the future year budget process, since fees and rates are set for a full fiscal year. It is not expected that very many changes or additions will occur during a fiscal year.
However, if you are adding a fee or changing any rates for your program during the fiscal year, please e-mail the proposed fee to the area Vice President. When the Vice President approves, s/he should e-mail the fee to the Director of Accounting Services, who will update this schedule.
There may be some needed discussion about the process surrounding a fee with the Director of Accounting Services and/or the Director of Student Accounts.
Don’t forget to modify your budget lines to reflect additional fees or changes in rates.
