Budget Request Forms:
Budget Request forms are used when the future year budget is being prepared. Once a future year budget is approved, the Budget Request will no longer be available; at this point, the budget needs to be revised with a Budget Revision form for the year.

Look up account activity for actual, budget, or encumbrance balances and transactions. Instructions
