The ICN Classroom in the basement of the FM Smith Library is available for classes and meetings. Please be aware that this room is NOT scheduled through VEMS online. It can only be scheduled by submission of an email to loric@graceland.edu in ITS. Meetings and classes can be bumped at any time if there is an ICN transmission request that is scheduled for the same time/date. To view the calendar to see if it is available for your event please look in your Outlook Folders (PUBLIC FOLDER) under All Public Folders- Graceland Calendars- ICN Classroom. When you make your request for this room please be sure to include your name and telephone number, along with the date/time you would like reserved.
