Guidelines For Use of Email
All students at the university will be given an email account. The University email system is based on the Microsoft Exchange application.
How to use your university email

You can use your university email on campus, at home, in the library labs, in an Internet cafe or from any computer connected to the Internet. You need Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or some other internet browser to use your university email. The university has tested with Internet Explorer and therefore it is preferred.

Your university network login and password information is required to use this interface. Your email address is the same as your network login ID.

If you forget or have not yet received your network login information you will need to contact the Help Desk at 641-784-5167. You will need to provide identifying information to receive your current login.

Always remember to log off or close your Outlook Web Access interface connection when not in use. This can be easily accomplished by closing your internet browser.

The web address to access the university's Outlook Web Access interface has changed. https://webmail.graceland.edu. Some employee machines have not yet migrated to the new email server. If the above address does not work for you, try https://outlook.graceland.edu/exchange
