Leadership Education And Development
VISION:
The Leadership, Education and Development (LEAD) Program will develop strong ties with faculty and administration to serve as a unifying force focused on developing the leadership potential of as many students as possible. We can accomplish this by connecting student life, athletics, performing arts, and academic departments through a common purpose of leadership.
MISSION:
The Leadership, Education and Development (LEAD) Program orients students to campus life, teaches students to recognize their leadership skills and develop their leadership identity through education, practical experience and collaborative activities.
