Summer Schedule 2005<!wide>

Summer session at Graceland is designed to allow students to accelerate their degree completion program or to make-up deficiencies during a condensed time period. Courses will be offered during various time frames to accommodate student expressed interest. Most academic divisions will offer courses. Some courses will be offered subject to sufficient enrollment.

Students should review the Schedule of Classes through MyInfo and register for the course of their choosing or indicate the course(s) they plan to enroll in by submitting the Class Schedule Form to their academic adviser or at InfoCentral in Patroness Hall starting March 14, 2005.

Lamoni students are considered officially enrolled after registration is completed and all tuition/fees are paid. Final payment for summer session is due by May 19, 2005. Independence students will register at the Division of Nursing Office during the first day of class(es).

Students should see their financial aid adviser immediately concerning financial aid for the summer.

The Directed Independent Study option allows students to earn Graceland University credit while residing away from the campus. Students completing courses through this option must be disciplined to direct themselves.

Information is available from the Special Programs Office, 118 Patroness Hall. Many Internships and Individual Studies are available. Students seeking to complete a Winter Term in advance or to make-up a deficiency should contact the Special Programs Office for assistance.

Housing
A limited number of rooms will be available on campus during the three-week session, on a first-come, first-served basis. Students should contact the Residence Life Office immediately for details and/or to reserve a space.

Meals
Information can be obtained from Food Service.

Social Activities
The sessions are designed to be educationally intensive. Social activities sponsored by the university will not be provided.
