Payroll Information & Schedule

All employees, faculty, and students click here to enter time online. You will be required to enter your network username and network password. There are instructions in the documents listed on the left side bar of this page.

Graceland employees are paid by direct deposit on the last business day of every month. The payroll period is the first of the month through the last day of the month. The work week runs Sunday - Saturday for all employees. Please consult the payroll schedule below for the paydates and timesheet deadline dates. Tax forms are available by clicking on the links on the left.
