Graceland University, AmeriCorps Youth Launch, is looking for AmeriCorps Members to serve on the Graceland campus and in the Lamoni area. The AmeriCorps members will help with positive youth development, volunteer recruitment and management, networking with community organizations, and community activities to strengthen youth and families.
BENEFITS: A member will earn an annual living stipend with health care benefits for full time members. Members must be able to serve 1700 hours (full time) or 900 hours (part-time) between Sept.1, 2008-Aug.31, 2009. An educational award of $4,725(full-time) or $2,362(part-time) is provided upon completion of the term to pay college loans or future tuition costs. Must have reliable transportation.
