Employee Attendance at Student and Special Assemblies

PURPOSE:
To establish the policy for attendance of employees at student and special assemblies.

POLICY:

1. Offices will remain open during student and/or special assemblies held during normal working hours. Such assemblies include lectures, Homecoming, and Commencement activities and are not normally attended by University Personnel.



2. Only in special cases will employees be invited to attend assemblies. Offices must remain open and a skeleton crew left to maintain operations.
