World Conference Attendance (HR24)

SUBJECT:
World Conference

PURPOSE:
To record a policy regarding employee attendance at World Conference

POLICY:
Administrative offices, as designated by the President, and Facility Services will be open during World Conference period.

1. Employees who are requested to attend World Conference to represent and/or work for the University will be paid their regular salary plus meal cost.
2. Employees who want to take the week off to attend World Conference and/or have been elected as delegates may do so by using vacation time, providing their supervisor has given approval.
