The Human Resources Department is dedicated to serving employees, faculty, and students with excellence. Our goal is to create a workplace where employees feel valued and appreciated, and have flexibility in an enjoyable atmosphere. I am the Human Resources Director. I have worked at Graceland for 8 years. In May 2002, I received a professional certification in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute. I graduated from Iowa State University with a BA in Business Management, emphasis in Human Resources. My husband is a Night Security Guard at Graceland. We have 2 kids. My accountabilities include overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources office, employee relations issues, New Employee Orientation, annual market salary analysis, and many other projects. I am the Payroll Assistant. I am a 1999 graduate of Graceland with a degree in Wellness Program Management. My husband, Mark, is the Director of Desktop Services here at Graceland. We have two sons. I am Chair of the Wellness committee. I can be reached at (641) 784-5413.
