Program Support Specialist

Graceland University is seeking a full-time, 12-month Program Support Specialist for the distance learning program on the Independence, Missouri, campus. The Program Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support for Student Support Services. This position will serve as a key support for various departments within the university.

Qualifications: Some college required, bachelor’s degree preferred; strong interpersonal, telephone and computer skills required. Experience in higher education is also valued.
