Instructional Designer

Graceland University has a full-time position for an Instructional Designer on the Independence, Missouri, campus (not a work from home position). The successful candidate will interface with content area experts to design and develop online courses for Graceland’s Distance Learning program. Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Experience with course delivery software such as Blackboard or eCollege, HTML and the Microsoft application suite required. Knowledge of the Cognos reporting system also desired. Must be detail oriented, work well with a team, have good phone skills and enjoy meeting and working with people.
