Due to faculty retirements, Graceland University is seeking applications from qualified nurse educators in undergraduate and graduate programs.
Licensure: current license to practice professional nursing in Missouri and Iowa (compact states); academic and clinical preparation commensurate with the area in which they teach.
Undergraduate (BSN) Program:
Clinical Adjunct faculty positions in maternity nursing from July 12 – August 3, 2018. Faculty supervised 10-hour-shifts on Thursdays and/or Fridays.
Required credentials/experience: Master’s degree in nursing, or actively engaged in a master’s program and have attended or can attend the Clinical Faculty Academy in August; two years’ experience in the specialty area.
Graduate (MSN) Program:
The graduate program is seeking applications to fill 1 full-time, nursing faculty position.
Required credentials: MSN and terminal degree (PhD or DNP).
The School of Nursing is accredited by the CCNE, and the MO and IA State Boards of Nursing. Online programs are approved in a number of states across the country. The School of Nursing offers a traditional BSN on the Independence, MO campus. Online programs include RN to BSN, RN to MSN, MSN and post master’s DNP. The faculty and staff create learning communities where professional nursing students develop their potential for meaningful and productive lives.
